Quite a few readers, tweeters, and facebookers have been asking me what I eat on a daily basis and to make things easy I decided to just respond to the multitude of questions by answering it in this blog post.
Now, you should know that my diet changes every few days or so (calories, macronutrients, etc), and depending if I have a shoot or competition coming up I may do things much differently than what I will show you here. I will carb cycle, have high fat days, low fat, low carb, high carb, higher protein, etc days or various combos of each. This post won’t go that far in depth, but here is sample meal plan that I typically follow while I am in maintenance mode, which is about 80 to 90 percent of the time.
