If you’re like me, one of your biggest struggles is fighting nasty food cravings…
And as many of you probably know…I LOVE breakfast. French toast, pancakes, scrambles, bacon, breakfast tacos, hash browns, waffles…I could go on and on! Hell, I should have bought stock in IHOP back in the day I used to go there so much.
But these days, I’ve made the decision to eat healthier so that means I have to miss out on some of my favorite breakfast meals…
Or does it?
Instead of always choking down the same boring breakfast every day (egg whites & oatmeal) to stay lean, I’ve recently been trying out these breakfast options instead:
I absolutely HATE eating boring ‘healthy’ meals all of the time, it sucks. And although it’s pretty much standard in bodybuilding circles to eat bland boring meals all of the time, you’ll never catch me pounding plain oatmeal, egg whites, or chalky protein powder for breakfast everyday!
And you shouldn’t either.
That’s why I always share every new recipe I find that that is delicious yet still supports your efforts to build muscle and get leaner! I couldn’t resist sharing this chocolate french toast recipe I made just now.
So…I had a late afternoon craving…can I live?!?
