The Theory Behind Lean Hybrid Muscle Reloaded

Many of you have been asking me questions about Mike & Elliot’s Lean Hybrid Muscle Reloaded program over the past few days…

So I asked those guys to put these videos together for you which will explain the theory and science behind their program as well as show you  step-by-step how the workouts are designed.

I figured hearing from the program creators themselves via video was the simplest and easiest way to get all of your questions answered.

  87. [..YouTube..] I am very explosive with lifts. But I focus on endurance too. An example is my inlcine bench press. 6 sets 145×12, 225×10,275×6,315×4,225×19,185×5 slow reps I am the only I know that does them. I count 5 seconds down hold 5 sec then up for 5. Sounds a lot easier then it is. Same thing with legs 5 sets 225×12,315X10,405×8,505×6.405×20. I know my legs should be stronger. But reps under 5 I gain nothing. I can gain 10lbs in a week easy no help. I have gone to 425 on declines for one.

  88. [..YouTube..] I weigh 290 at 6’1 but do 6 sets of 8 wide grip pullups . Basically can’t use hammer strength machines because I max them out easy same with all machines for that matter. Your right though it is additude. When I lift I will turn on some zombie and I know in my head I will not fail and push myself until my body breaks before I would give up. That goes for high reps and lower reps. Hard to explain to someone who is a runner lol never stop and never step back thats how you overcome

My workouts are also done in 20 to 30 minutes instead of 1 hour. I am going to keep this up for another week then go back to lifting heavy. It’s just more fun lifting the heavier weight.
